I really enjoyed staying in this well-maintainedsmall hotel. Impressive apartment was tidy. The property had indeed a favourable and decent location in the middle of jackson. I found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like Just Baked that is only 20 minutes' walk away...

There was good food, the staff was exceptionally helpful and excellent co-operating...

I was really disappointed with the room—it felt like a rundown budget place. The toilet had constant drainage issues, and the walls just looked filthy. Terrible experience overall, and I wouldn't recommend staying there again.

The rooms are a nice size and huge here with 2 bedrooms and sofa, for instance. The in-house restaurant serves good food.

The view from the hotel was nice, and I appreciated the ample parking space available. The breakfast spread was decent, offering a few local dishes that I enjoyed. Plus, the staff was somewhat courteous when asked for assistance, which was a bit of a relief.

My experience was far from great. The rooms were dusty and not well maintained, and the bathrooms were a nightmare with poor drainage. The air conditioning was old and noisy, making it hard to sleep. Service was slow and unprofessional, and I felt misled by the website photos. Definitely not a place I’d recommend for a comfortable stay!

I did notice that the rooms were somewhat dusty and showed signs of wear, with broken appliances and even a cockroach sighting. while the overall stay was pleasant, I found the TV connection to be lacking, with only a few channels functioning properly.

We had a wonderful stay at Lbd Resorts & Hotels Kolkata, enjoying the spacious studio room with a balcony that was perfect for relaxing with my four-year-old daughter. The location in Kasba is both central and peaceful.
